is Lead ICT Specialist at the World Bank. He led lending and technical assistance operations in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and East Asia. He coordinated the World Bank ECA/MENA ICT team for years. Carlo is a global authority on broadband and the digital economy. He advised policy makers during multiple client-facing engagements and represented the Bank at the G20 Digital Economy working group. Mr. Rossotto also worked at IADB and in management consulting, advising European tech firms. He holds post-graduate degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Bocconi University and in Financial and Commercial Regulation from LSE.
