is the Chief of Innovation Section at ESCWA, and a senior expert in knowledge society and technology for development. Ms. Idlebi leads regional activities on Innovation and Technology for sustainable social and economic development and guides regional projects on digital government transformation. She is active member in several international and regional working groups and is a jury member of regional and international awards. She works on innovation policies, information society, ICT applications, cyber legislation, digital Arabic content, e-government and open government. Dr. Idlebi holds a Computer Engineering and a PhD in Computer Science degrees from France.
