Theresa Pardo
Theresa A. Pardo is Director of the Center for Technology in Government and a Full Research Professor of Public Administration, University at Albany, SUNY. Dr. Pardo is a Fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration and in 2018 and 2019 was named a Top 100 Influencer in Digital Government globally.
