Carlos Santiso
Carlos Santiso heads the Government Digital Innovation Directorate at the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF). He is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Anti-corruption and was named one of the World’s 100 Most Influential People in Digital Government in 2019 by Apolitical.
